Stephen Mills

Stephen brings over 15 years experience in helping major international organisations evolve brand positioning strategies, promote their businesses in innovative ways, and drive customer immersion, conversion and retention strategies.

He has held board director positions in advertising, media and digital agencies including a 7 year tenure at the now WPP-owned BJK&E Media (previously 20/20 Media) where he grew a highly profitable, strategic media consultancy. Stephen then became one of the founding directors of digital agency Interactive1 Group, which went on to be backed by 3i and was later sold.

After consulting on further heavyweight projects Stephen spent three years as managing partner of Omnicom’s strategic marketing communications agency doremus, before establishing iMax Group.

Stephen's client experience spans multiple global brands including: Autonomy, BT, Canon, Cazenove, Cisco, Danepak, Financial Times, Greene King, Knight Frank, Oracle, PwC, Samsung, 3i and Unisys.

Stephen holds a BA in Business and Marketing from Brunel University and is a Fellow of the CIM.
